Cancelling an Order:

We want our customers to feel secure in their purchases. You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of making the purchase. If we have already dispatched your item, it may be on its way to you. Should you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will need to arrange for the return shipping.

First 14 Days:

Your satisfaction is vital to our business. You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return if the item no longer meets your needs. The item must be returned in "as new" condition with less than 3km traveled and all components in their original packaging. Charges may apply if the item is damaged or modified or if travel exceeds 3km. A 5% restocking fee will apply.

First 12 Months:

We stand by the quality of our products and value our customers' satisfaction. If your scooter develops a fault within the first 12 months, we will assist you in diagnosing the fault and provide replacement parts and instructional videos at no additional cost. Shipping fees from the manufacturer may apply, but we strive to cover these costs ourselves. Note that motors, displays, and controllers are covered by a 12-month warranty, and batteries by a 6-month warranty.

Common Terms:

Unboxing your new electric scooter should be a joyous occasion. We take great care in manufacturing, packaging, and transporting your scooter, but please note that superficial scuffs or cosmetic damage may occur and do not qualify for returns. Color variations between batches and the need for minor adjustments upon delivery are also not grounds for returns.

Responsibility for accurate delivery information lies with you, the customer. The warranty becomes void if modifications or repairs are attempted without consulting us first. We provide support for DIY repairs, but the seller is not responsible for any subsequent damage or injury.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover consumables such as tyres, cables, brakes, and mudguards. Motor, controller, and display are covered for 12 months, while batteries are covered for 6 months. Damage from stunts or misuse, including riding in inappropriate conditions (rain, puddles, off curbs) or performing stunts resulting in damage to the frame, plastics, screws, bolts or joints is not covered.
